We are looking to grow our project management capabilities so we now need an experienced team member who craves structure and being organized. The ideal candidate will have worked within an agency previously and will have an understanding of the complexities of managing both web, print and marketing projects at the same time.
You will be looking to take the next step in your career, which will involve the development and implementation of new processes, and structure that allows the agency to move forward.
Experience
- Understanding of the lifecycle complexities that exist within projects across different media
- Knowledge of Prince2, Agile and Scrum techniques taking and adapting the best aspects of each to work on a daily basis within an agency
- Attending client meetings from the start of projects, managing the traditional threats of scope creep and the shift of expectations once a project starts
Desired Skills
- Create and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Manage budgets and resources
- Maintain strong relationship with the client, with good communication skills
- Knowledge of project and team management software packages
- Sourcing and management of external suppliers and freelancers on a daily basis
